Hybrionic Pte Ltd was established in 1991 as a company specializing in the design and manufacture of thick film microcircuits.

Today, Hybrionic has grown and transformed into a leading global provider of leading edge products and services in the fields of Hybrid Circuits, Thickfilm Heaters, BGA & Flipchip Assembly, Chips & Wires, Resistor Networks, Medical Microchips, Automotive Thickfilm & Assembly and R&D samples builds.

Headquartered in Singapore, Hybrionic has expanded into Malaysia with the purchase of three factories from 2014. Hybrionic now has a total of 4 manufacturing facilities with 20,000 sq. ft. at Singapore Techplace One, & 60,000 sq. ft. located in Johor Baru’s High Tech I-Park within 1 hour drive from Singapore.
