Established in 1976, Merison Group of Companies is the biggest distributor in Southern region and East Coast of Malaysia partnering with international conglomerates distributing more than 50 brands in the retail arena of the market. Merison (M) Sdn Bhd was established in 1996. Merison Marketing Sdn Bhd was founded in 1992 to distribute the business of Procter & Gamble (P&G). It soon expanded into the Negeri Sembilan and Johor markets in the year of 2000 and 2004, respectively.

Merison Group formed Fimmex Trading Sdn Bhd in 2001 as its third company. The company distributes several brands including Sc Johnson, Mandom, Wipro Unza, Ab Mauri and OKI Mewah.

With the expansion of the Merison Group into Kuantan and Kota Bahru in 2019, there are currently 8 warehouses and 9 offices in Peninsula Malaysia. Merison is focused on growing our strong and efficient distribution network to provide the greatest level of service to the customers.
