Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed.
2. Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
3. Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems in an organized and efficient manner.
4. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as preparing invoices, processing expenses, and reconciling accounts.
5. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
6. Manage employee records, including maintaining personnel files, tracking attendance, and assisting with payroll processing.
7. Handle general HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, managing benefits administration, and assisting with performance evaluations.
8. Assist with office procurement and inventory management, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating maintenance services.
9. Provide support for special projects and events, such as company retreats, team-building activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
6. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and HR best practices.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
8. Familiarity with HRIS and accounting software is a plus.
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week, based at our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
