Project Executive

Intelligration Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within the construction, engineering, and maintenance sectors.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to management and clients as needed.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle, proactively seeking solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and communication to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or related industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
