Job Description
1) Manage and report financial data,
2) Prepare full set account,
3) Managing income and expenditure,
4) Preparing tenancy agreement and issuing letter
5) Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations,
6) Initiating and managing financial and account software,
7) Collecting rental, and
8) Others daily operation.
Job requirement:
1) Min. 3 years relevant working experience,
2) Certificate in Accounting (ACCA/LCCI),
3) Well versed in excel, words, and accounting software,
4) Well verse in English, Chinese, and Malay,
5) 5 days week, and
6) Other benefits: EPF, Socso, and yearly bonus.
