Job Description

MONITOR & MANAGE DAY-TO-DAY PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES AND OPERATIONS, ENSURING ADHERENCE TO PRODUCTION SCHEDULES, QUALITY STANDARDS, AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS, OVERSEE THE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION STAFF, ENSURING THEY ARE EQUIPPED WITH THE NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO OPERATE IN A SMART FACTORY ENVIRONMENT, MONITOR PRODUCTION OUTPUT AND QUALITY STANDARDS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SET GUIDELINES AND PROMPTLY ADDRESS ANY DEVIATIONS, UNDERTAKE SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT, AD HOC FUNCTIONS AND RELATED DUTIES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED
