Dive deep into workflows to pinpoint inefficiencies and discover areas for enhancement
Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and perfect functional requirements
Create detailed user stories, use cases, and system flow diagrams that clearly communicate complex concepts
Work closely with technical teams to ensure a thorough understanding of system capabilities and limitations
Identify and address discrepancies between requirements and functionalities through rigorous analysis
Create and maintain functional specifications and test plans to ensure alignment with project goals
Oversee UAT processes to verify that the final product meets the outlined requirements and identify any issues
Contribute to project planning and estimation efforts to help ensure timely and successful project delivery
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and methodologies to continually refine and enhance your analytical skills

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Ideally, two or more years in business analysis or a similar role
Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to translate business needs into clear, concise technical requirements
Proficiency in user story writing, use case development, and system flow diagrams
