As our Senior Data Integration Specialist, you’ll be the hero who ensures data flows seamlessly and consistently, empowering our team to make informed, data-driven decisions. You’ll have the opportunity to:
Lead the design and implementation of data integration solutions to support business objectives and data-driven decision making
Analyze data requirements from various stakeholders to plan and develop integration strategies to meet their needs
Design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to extract data from source systems, transform it into usable formats, and load it into target systems
Configure and maintain data integration tools and platforms, such as Talend, or Azure Data Factory, to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, optimize data flows, and resolve data quality issues
Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the integration process
Define the data integration standards, best practices, and governance policies to ensure reliability, and security of data across the organization
Provide support and training to the team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies
Stay up-to-date on industry trends in data integration and recommend new tools and techniques to enhance data integration capabilities

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration, data management or ETL development, with a strong understanding of data integration concepts and techniques
Strong proficiency with data integration tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, Talend Data Integration, Azure Data Factory, Pentaho Data Integration, or other relevant tools
Experience with cloud-based data integration platforms (e.g. AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Google Cloud Dataflow) is a plus
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.)
Strong understanding of data modeling principles, data warehousing and data management best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize performance, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with latest BI tools and technologies like Qlik, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau is a plus
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
