Job Description

The Tour Executive is responsible for organizing and managing tours and travel packages, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, handling logistics, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring all arrangements are in place to meet customer expectations. The Tour Executive will also be involved in marketing and promoting tour packages, handling bookings, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the tour process.

Key Responsibilities:
Tour Planning and Coordination:

Develop, plan, and organize travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and schedules.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation companies, and local tour guides to ensure smooth logistics.
Prepare detailed itineraries and communicate them clearly to clients.
Customer Service:

Act as clients' primary point of contact before, during, and after the tour.
Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide clients with relevant information and recommendations to enhance their travel experience.
Sales and Marketing:

Promote and market tour packages through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and direct marketing.
Handle inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events to increase sales.
Administration and Documentation:

Handle booking confirmations, invoicing, and payments.
Ensure all travel documents, such as visas, insurance, and permits, are in order.
Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel itineraries.
Vendor Management:

Establish relationships with service providers, including hotels, transport companies, and local guides.
Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
Budget Management:

Prepare cost estimates for tours and manage budgets to maximize profitability.
Monitor expenses and ensure tours are delivered within the agreed budget.
On-Tour Support:

Occasionally accompany groups on tours to ensure everything runs smoothly and provide on-ground support.
Handle any emergencies or unforeseen issues that may arise during the tour.
Salary:
3.000,00 MYR Monthly
