Job Description
1.2 Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies that align with company goals and production schedules.
1.3 Assist in allocating resources, including manpower, tools, spare parts, and equipment, to support maintenance activities effectively.
1.4 Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks to minimize equipment downtime and production disruptions.
1.5 Support the execution of preventive maintenance plans and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules.
1.6 Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance technicians in diagnosing and addressing complex equipment issues and breakdowns.
1.7 Monitor equipment performance metrics and identify trends or recurring issues.
1.8 Promote a culture of safety among maintenance personnel, ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
1.9 Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
1.10 Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, parts sourcing, and technical support.
1.11 Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
