Assist in development for point-of-sale communication materials and ensure materials produced meet the campaign objectives. Constantly monitor performance of brand activities and provide recommendation to correct performance shortfalls where necessary. Assist in manage brand activity budget and spend, to ensure that the team derives the best value from marketing spend and are within the budget limits. Assist in consumer’s research and analyze data to conclude the findings according to the research objectives. Execute, monitor, and prepare post evaluation reports for marketing activities such as consumer contest, events roadshow and in-store activation. Assist in managing the social media platform.

Job Description
• Responsible for handling the full set of accounts.
• Lead financial planning by producing accurate financial reports, manage budgets and forecast requirements.
• Follow up and ensure that any outstanding payments are received.
• Manage and prepare SST submission.
• SST Input Tax claims from import shipment and local suppliers invoice and update payment.
• Assist in the monitoring of inter-company transactions.
• Coordinate monthly debtor outstanding lists for the sales team.
• Update bank balance and check bank statements for reconciliation.
• Liaison with bankers, tax agents/tax consultant, auditors, company secretary and relevant.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :-
• Candidates must possess at least professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelors Degree Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Accounting Software
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Preference for those with work experience in manufacturing or factory environment .
• Problem solving with minimum supervision.
