Position Overview:
As a Sales Intern at NW Group, you will gain valuable experience working closely with our sales team to support various stages of the sales process. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about our products and services, contribute to our business growth, and develop your skills in sales and customer relations. You will assist in lead generation, customer outreach, and the development of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads.
- Support in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for SME loans, government grants, and training services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop sales strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Shadow senior sales representatives on client meetings and calls.
- Contribute to customer relationship management by following up on leads and managing client queries.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High level of self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
