Job Description
1.2 Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
1.3 Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians.
1.4 Hire and supervise tradesman during installation, repair and maintenance (electricians, plumber etc).
1.5 Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc).
1.6 Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
1.7 Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
1.8 Participate in coordination of project (e.g renovation).
1.9 Ensure adherence to quality standard and health and safety regulations.
1.10 Other duties assigned by the superior.
