Job Scope :
Engage directly with potential customers to promote products or services, demonstrating their benefits and features through face-to-face interactions.
Build rapport and foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
Professionally represent the company and uphold its brand image in all public interactions.
Identify and qualify potential leads, collecting contact information and understanding customer needs for future follow-up.
Actively participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to boost brand visibility and generate interest.
Collect and report customer feedback to enhance product offerings, services, and marketing strategies.
Accurately track and report daily sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes to the marketing team and management.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to confidently answer customer inquiries and address any concerns.

REQUIREMENTS :
No working experience is needed
Fluent in either Bahasa Malaysia or English
Presentable and committed to delivering results
Eager to learn and try new things
Willing to travel
