Site Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who will oversee the daily operations of our construction sites. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also be expected to manage and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, as well as liaise with clients and other stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
1 - 4 years in site supervision of factory/industrial, architectural, and C&S works.
Understanding of construction processes, drawings, and safety standards
Willing to work at multiple location / sites.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES
To supervise, monitor and coordinate daily construction works according to the project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Ensure all works executed are in compliance with the drawings, specification, procedure and project’s time schedule.
Carry out periodic / random checking and test.
Experience using multiple lifting jacks to lift large heavy items
Liaise with other construction staff, such as contractors, engineers and surveyors
Ensure safety at site and all statutory requirements at site is adhered to.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, safety reports, and inspection records.
Any other task as assigned by management.
