Enquiries Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated customer-oriented Enquiries Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and responding to client inquiries across our Singapore and Malaysia clinics, and converting leads into confirmed appointments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls, responding to inquiries from contact forms and WhatsApp, and securing appointments at the appropriate clinic location based on client needs.
