Preparing sale and purchase agreement for projects and subsales, documents and other documents liasing with clients / purchaser and arrange for signing able to handle conveyancing files from opening file, attending signing, well versed in MOT, bank loan system, filling consent, CKHT, etc may work independently with minimum supervision asissting lawyers with signing appoiments answering phone calls, attend walk in clients other adminstration work may be assigned from time to time

Job Description

-preparing sale and purchase agreement for projects and subsales, documents and other documents
-liasing with clients / purchaser and arrange for signing
-able to handle conveyancing files from opening file, attending signing, well versed in MOT, bank loan system, filling consent, CKHT, etc
-may work independently with minimum supervision
-asissting lawyers with signing appoiments
-answering phone calls, attend walk in clients
-other adminstration work may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications & Requirements

-minimum SPM/DIPLOMA in any field
-atleast 1-2 years experiance in conveyancing matters
-computers literate with microsoft world & excel
-proficient in written and oral communication skills in bahasa english and malaysia
-meticulous, good attitude, fast learner, self-motivated, responsible, reliable, can multitask, meet datelines, organised, team player
-able to work independently (minimum supervision)
-driving license D
Salary:
1.800,00 MYR Monthly
