Telemarketing Sales Manager

1. Contact potential clients to gather information through various channels.
2. Develop and implement telemarketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads, increase sales, and meet monthly targets
3. Supervise the telemarketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize team performance
4. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement.
5. Report telemarketing performance, presenting findings to senior management.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during telemarketing activities.

Requirements:
1. Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Excellent communication and comprehension abilities, with a positive attitude and cheerful personality.
2. Strong coordination skills and a team-oriented mindset, capable of effectively driving business growth.
3. Aged between 20-35, with at least a diploma or higher education.
4. Graduates with a major in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields.
5. Prior experience in telemarketing within the internet, insurance, or banking sectors will be given preference.
6. At least two years of experience in telemarketing and proficient in using Office software.
7. Ability to analyze the market and competitors, and independently develop marketing plans and promotional strategies.
8. Diligent, eager to learn, capable of handling work pressure, with a meticulous and responsible work ethic, and high integrity.
