Job Description

Qualification:
SPM, UEC, IGCSE/SKM/Diploma
Language Proficiency: Traditional Chinese, Cantonese & English

Requirement:
Able to work immediately
Able to work on shift
Able work on Public holidays and weekends

Job Scope:
Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other
raising issue related to the company's products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Proficient in computer typing skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good computer literacy
Salary:
3.000,00 MYR Monthly
