Social Media Admin

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and online store platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Your primary focus will be to engage our audience, promote our products, and enhance our brand’s online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
-Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
-Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across all social media channels.
-Analyze social media metrics and sales performance to optimize campaigns and strategies.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
-Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to enhance our online presence.

Requirements:
-SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) and above.
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
-Knowledge and experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
-Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
