We’re on the hunt for a talented HR Payroll & Admin to streamline our payroll processes and ensure our employees are compensated accurately and timely!

Why You’ll Love This Role:
As the HR Payroll & Admin, you’ll play a critical role within the HR team, focusing on payroll management and ensuring compliance with regulations. You’ll have the opportunity to:
Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for the company
Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, including salary, and deductions
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to improve payroll processes
Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure company compliance
Prepare and submit required payroll reports and documentation
Effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to address payroll-related concerns and ensure smooth collaboration

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in payroll processing
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and statutory requirements
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data processing
Proficient in payroll and Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information
A well-organized leader with a passion for HR and a BSc/BA in Business, HR, or a related field
Fluency in Mandarin is essential to manage relationships and collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
