Job Description

Prepare full set accounts involving invoices, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets schedule, general journal, Management Report (P&L and Balance Sheets) and reporting to Directors on monthly basic.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and resolve any reconciliation differences.
Prepare aging reports for debtors and creditors and reporting to superior.
Ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately, completely, and up-to-date.
Prepare annual accounting records for audit, and liaise with external auditor and corporate secretaries on all auditing issues.
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, advisors and other regulatory bodies for accounting and finance related requirements and compliances.
Accurately input financial data into accounting software.
Orders & Petty cash claims with related supporting documents to ensure genuine & reasonable activities before proceed.
Ensure all the creditors invoices are supported by approved genuine.
Purchase orders before submitted to superior for payments.
Updates Fixes Assets Listing.
Perform yearly stock cycle count and reporting.
Liaise with other department to collect related information for the products costing.
Provide the financial analysis as needed, in particular for capital investment, pricing decision and contract negotiation.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional certificate.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in full sets of finance & accounting experience.
Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel, MS Word.
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Required mandarin speaking candidate due to operation need
Well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently
A team player who is able to deliver under tight deadlines
Salary:
7.000,00 MYR Monthly
