Site Safety Supervisor

• Oversee and monitor all safety aspects of interior design projects, including construction and renovation phases.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations and industry standards.
• Implement and manage safety protocols and emergency response plans tailored to each project.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees, subcontractors, and site visitors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and ensure staff awareness through regular briefings and updates.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure that safety standards are being met and that safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Address and rectify any safety violations or concerns promptly.
• Keep detailed records of inspections, incidents, and safety meetings.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Work closely with project managers, design teams, and contractors to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
• Act as a liaison between the interior design firm and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and address any safety-related concerns. prepare and submit detailed incident reports and safety audits to management.
• Ensure that all safety equipment is available, functional, and used properly on-site.
• Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of safety gear and resources.
