Job Description

- Able to handle payrolls
-assist paper work for operations
-prepare quotations to client
-prepare monthly payment to landlords/monitor landlords agreement expiry
-prepare pay slips
-keep filing well and excel using microsoft office including file racker
-monitor stocks to deliver to sites by company driver
-keep every outlets site workers file record proper
-prepare appointment letter/contract letter to local & site workers
-prepare voucher for supplier according to terms
-prepare voucher for all office expenses including petty cash
-update summary latest everytime payment made by clients
-keep filing well and excel using microsoft office including file racker
-Able to fill in tender forms
-Able to prepare voucher for supplier invoice
-prepare invoices after receive Purchase order attaching with work completed
-Communicate with all level of vendor to assist on paperwork
-communicate well on email and reply email
-prepare summary of outstanding payment of all debtors and creditors
-able to handle contribution to epf/socso
Salary:
