Position: Retail Associate/Senior Retail Associate
• Johor (Johor Premium Outlet)

Job Descriptions:
• As a retail associate, will be an ambassador of the brand
• Ensuring that every client is treated according to the company promise.
• Will strive to discover your clients and their every need and to guide them across the Brand.
• Will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Welcome every client and provided the best Client experience
• Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
• Engage with Clients to develop long–term relationships, leveraging different client telling tools, to foster Brand loyalty.
• Perform as a team- player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
• Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
• Respect Company Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviours
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPL/O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/a- Level/ Pre-U, any field
• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
• The individual has to be well-spoken, presentable, and well groomed
• Required Language(S) Good Command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Remuneration Package:
• Basic RM 2,200.00 – RM 3,500.00/month
• Guarantee Commissions – RM 800.00/month
• Travelling allowances RM 150.00/month
• Incentives Provided
• 13-month Salary (AWS)
• 5 days work/week
• Uniform & Training Provided
