Digital Marketing Manager

Job Responsibility:

Oversee a team of marketing professionals.
Relay information between upper management and department employees regarding budgets and daily procedures.
Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote business products and services.
Hire and train department employees.
Focus on targeting, lead generation, and product planning.
Develop marketing concepts and strategies for company products and services.
Organize promotional events and coordinate day-of deliveries and staffing.
Lead and train a team of Marketing Associates.
Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions within budget constraints.
Analyze website CTR conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales and ROI.
Research and identify potential new markets and their competitiveness to create a market entry plan.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
At least two years’ experience as a marketing manager.
Ability to manage a team, perform digital marketing, create marketing proposals, and liaise with clients.
Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, digital marketing, and branding.
Superb leadership, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong time management, able to make decisions and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software is advantageous.
