Job Description

-Ensure that team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email and live chat.
-To coordinate with Overseas agent on the shipment consolidation by Air & Ocean.
-To coordinate with Operations department to ensure clients shipments arrive and are delivered on time.
-Responsible and resolve for customers’ queries follow-up and processing.
-Identify customers' needs, clarify information, evaluate problems raised by customers, and provide comprehensive answers and appropriate solutions.

Job Requirements:

-Able to read, write and understand Mandarin (Mandarin speaker - as they would need to communicate with our client from China)
-Technical proficiency with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Words)
-At least 1 year of customer service experience. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
-Excellent presentation skills and communication skills.
-Good team player and responsible person.
Salary:
2.800,00 MYR Monthly
