Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This position will also be responsible for handling payments and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk and Customer Service

- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors.

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.

- Provide accurate information about the company’s services and respond to customer inquiries.

- Administrative Support

- Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.

- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings for staff.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

- Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

- Payment Handling

- Process customer payments, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.

- Maintain accurate financial records and daily transaction logs.

- Reconcile cash register at the end of the day.

- Customer Relations

- Address customer complaints and provide suitable solutions in a timely manner.

- Assist in maintaining customer records and update information as needed.

- Communication and Coordination

- Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and ensure smooth operations.

- Assist with the onboarding of new employees in familiarizing them with office procedures.

Requirements:
>Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.

>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

>Familiarity with office equipment and basic bookkeeping procedures.

>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

>Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
