Forklift Driver

• Operating Forklift: Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials and products in warehouses, storage facilities, or construction sites.

• Material Handling: Transport goods to and from storage areas, ensuring proper placement and organization of materials.

• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory control by conducting regular checks on stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Inspection and Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts, such as checking fluid levels and reporting any mechanical issues.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of materials moved, including shipping, and receiving logs, to track inventory.

• Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff and other team members to coordinate the movement of goods and optimize workflow.

• Training: May assist in training new forklift operators on safety practices and operational procedures.

• Emergency Procedures: Be prepared to respond to emergencies, such as equipment failures or safety incidents, following established
protocols.
