Job Description
2) Sourcing for the potential purchases for sales and production activities;
3) Follow up the sales from current or potential customers for existing or new products;
4) Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution;
5) Develop service procedures, policies and standards;
6) Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
