Head Of Marketing

*Responsible for driving brand growth and enhancing market share by developing and implementing innovative marketing and trade marketing strategies.
*To lead the marketing team in ensuring effective brand positioning in target markets while optimizing relationships with channel partners and retail execution to maximize sales performance.
*To provide strategic market insights that support the overall business objectives.
*Manage annual brand campaigns, budgeting, and resource allocation for optimal performance.
*Organize team training and skill enhancement programs to ensure high performance and industry-leading knowledge.

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
*Minimum 10 years of working experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
*Deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics, with a strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
*Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
*Good communication skills and conversing in Mandarin, will be an added advantage.
