Job Description
1. Prepare resolutions, minutes, annual returns, statutory forms and documents.
2. Responsible for carrying out all aspects of company secretarial functions.
3. To ensure proper maintenance of secretarial books and administration.
4. To carry out corporate secretarial compliance works to meet the requirements of the Malaysian Companies Act and other relevant laws.
5. Ensure timely completion of all tasks to avoid delays and penalties.
6. Any ad-hoc task or work relating to secretarial work as assigned by the supervisor and/or management team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Diploma / LCCI / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Secretarial, or a related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Ability and willingness to take on duties outside of job specification.
- Responsible, good working attitude, organised, and good interpersonal skills.
- Preferably with 2 years of working experience in related field. (Salary depending on qualifications & experiences)
- Candidates with less experience and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Our office is located near the Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal (Penang Pesta) in Penang.
Salary range from RM2,200 to RM2,600 per month.
