Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the mental health industry. This role supports the executive team by managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring efficient operations. Success in this position means enabling the executive to focus on strategic initiatives by managing daily tasks and maintaining smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Organize emails and correspondence, responding on behalf of the executive when needed.
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and stakeholders.
- Assist with personal tasks, errands, and household management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and project deadlines.
- Assist with tracking expenses and budgeting.
- Provide general administrative support and office management.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the mental health industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
