RESPONSIBILITY:

- Actively monitor & improve Production Planning, Processing & Cost Efficiency Control.
- Ensure all practices and procedures comply with Food Safety Management System.
- Alert & take action on non-conformities detected, immediate liaise with customers.
- Inspect quality of materials and production's output within required specifications
- Monitor stock inventory & quality, place order/GRN and update system.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance team for export documentation and logistic arrangement.
- Handle China & Malaysia authorities, auditors and visitors who come to production area.
- Liaise with external & government parties, e.g.: MOH, DVS, logistics, suppliers and customers.
- Guide, supervise & train workers when necessary.
- Other tasks assigned by The Management

REQUIREMENT:

- Diploma/Degree in Food Science or related courses, welcome fresh graduates
- Minimum SPM certification + 2 years experiences in Food Processing Factory
- Have own transport to travel for work purposes
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, Alternate Saturday 8am-1pm
- Able to speak, read & write in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia for work purpose.
