Personal Assistant to Director About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support our Director in day-to-day tasks and operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. Responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. •⁠ ⁠Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the Director. •⁠ ⁠Organize and maintain files, documents, and records. •⁠ ⁠Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other materials. •⁠ ⁠Perform other administrative tasks as required. About You: •⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and time-management skills. •⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. •⁠ ⁠Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented. •⁠ ⁠Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
