Job Description

Job Overview: The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing process to ensure that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to manage a team of operators and technicians. The supervisor will be responsible for monitoring production lines, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Supervise Production Activities:

Oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and in alignment with production schedules.
Monitor and adjust production lines to maintain optimal performance and output.
Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met without compromising on product quality.
Team Management and Development:

Lead, motivate, and train production staff to ensure high performance and skill development.
Allocate tasks to team members based on skills and production requirements.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure team adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
