Global Recruitment Coordinator ( Japanese Speaker )

Users are constantly engaging in creative trends, from dance routines to lip-syncing and funny skits, making it a hub for quick entertainment and creative expression.

Job Responsibilities

Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and the hiring teams.
Cooperate with the recruitment team in candidate activation, interview process optimization, and date analysis.
Build up and maintain a good relationship with the hiring teams, understand their hiring needs, thoroughly, and support various recruitment projects.
Promote ByteDance/Tiktok branding and ensure the best candidate experience when engaging with talents.
Requirements

At least 1 year of HR background and/or recruitment experience is preferred.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
JLPT N2 and above
Strong written & verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
Good organisational skills with demonstrated sense of urgency a nd attention to detail.
Self-starter with a high level of curiosity and outstanding learning ability
Can work under pressure and be a good team player.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume, and culturally diverse environment.
Ability to work in differing work including public holidays
Bachelor Degree
