Job Description
1.2 Monitor compounding and preparation of latex, chemicals, coagulant, powder and etc.
1.3 Maintain the functionality of all equipment used in compounding section.
1.4 Enforce company policies including safety and health.
1.5 Plan for the daily chemical usage.
1.6 Attend for meeting and communicate to achieve maximum yield.
1.7 To supervise and operate the daily operation and maintain the efficiently of Compounding.
1.8 Responsible to compound and prepare chemical dispersions.
1.9 To supervise the reception of latex chemical, compounding of latex and chemical preparation.
1.10 Ensure the work area in clean.
1.11 To take the latex from compound tank and storage tank.
1.12 To planning and request the usage of chemical stocks for compound and ensure the stocks are always sufficient.
1.13 To arrange daily job for leader and operators and monitor their performance.
1.14 To ensure the compound activity is same as per schedule.
1.15 Report to Compounding Executive.
1.16 To handle any ad-hoc task given by superior.
