Job Description
As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, the Business Development Representative will spearhead the charge in expanding our Corporate/Vendor clientele, ensuring a seamless transition to our dedicated account managers. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a flair for relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion lead generation, identifying and securing new corporate/vendor clients through strategic outreach, including cold calls, messages, and emails.
Articulate the value of SmartBite's food technology solutions to potential clients, showcasing our platform's benefits.
Innovate and refine acquisition strategies, ensuring they are compelling and effective in attracting and retaining partnerships.
Foster ongoing communication to facilitate the successful onboarding of new clients/vendors.
Keep acquisition materials current and aligned with SmartBite's latest product advancements.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, including account setup and credit line management.
Ensure client expectations are managed and they are well-versed in SmartBite's terms of service.
Hand over new clients/vendors to Key Account Managers for continued success.
Proactively communicate market needs to the team, ensuring our vendor offerings meet client demands.
Identify opportunities for product or process enhancements that impact user experience and share insights with the team.
Provide regular updates on performance metrics to the Head of Sales.
