Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Account Manager / Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting financial decision-making. You will be expected to work independently, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and liaise effectively with external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, and regulators.

Working Day : Monday to Friday
Time : 8.30am - 6.15pm
Break Time : 12.30pm - 1.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledgers.
Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Manage company’s cash flow, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, and tax authorities.
Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data.
Assist in the development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Must be a qualified ACCA holder (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage financial tasks independently.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to liaise effectively with bankers, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Salary:
5.000,00 MYR Monthly
