Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing customer invoices based on accounting procedures.
2. Reconcile discrepancies in payments and resolve billing issues.
3. Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and update financial data as needed.
4. Communicate effectively with customers regarding payment inquiries and overdue accounts.
5. Process incoming payments from customers accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. 1 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
5. Freah graduate are encouraged to apply.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
7. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Salary:
