We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Performance Marketer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. Your expertise will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of paid media strategies, analytics, and the ability to leverage data insights to inform marketing decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve campaign success.
What you'll be doing
• Participate in various project pitching & briefing that involve media (internal & external meeting).
• Analyse & identify client’s media strategy, challenges, direct competitors, expectations & budget.
• Analyse and interpret data from various digital marketing channels to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement
• Develop and implement targeted performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximise ROI and achieve client goals
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure campaign assets are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
• Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, demonstrating the impact and effectiveness of the campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to enhance the performance of your campaigns
