Project Architect / Architectural Coordinator

1) To organise, coordinate and involve directly with site construction team on architectural requirements and practical supervision
Check all authority requirements, submission guidelines, and procedures and liaise with the relevant authority representative where
necessary.
2) Organize and chair the site/consultant meetings, prepare the site/consultant meeting minutes, and carry out periodical site inspections
with the contractors / consultants to ensure that works on site are carried out as per the construction drawings / instructions.
3) Coordinate and prepare for the application of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and inspections upon completion of
construction works with the relevant Authorities
4) Undertake other related jobs from time to time as assigned by the Project Director

Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture equivalent to LAM Part II
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar position.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and professional attitude, minimum supervision, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good writing skills
- Knowledge of commercial design and renovation will be an added advantage
- Well versed of Bylaw/guideline and Authorities’ submission requirements
- Able to handle stress under fast-track project nature
- Able to work as a team and meet the datelines
- Passion for Architecture and willingness to learn
