Job Description
Scheduling: Creating and coordinating daily production schedules, including delivery schedules ( moving and handover to store )
Inventory: Checking inventory, counting incoming stock, and updating inventory records for raw material product that relates to production
Ordering: Identifying supply sources, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring materials are available
Documentation: Preparing documentation, compiling documents, and maintaining production records
Communication: Communicating with suppliers and shipment carriers to coordinate deliveries and receipts
Quality control: Assisting in quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards
Other tasks: Completing other tasks assigned by the production manager or supervisor
