Accounts Clerk (AP/AR role)

Accounts Payable Function
 Entering supplier invoices’ data into ERP system
 Reconciling suppliers’ statement to supplier invoices received
 Reconciling supplier invoices paid and credit / debit card statements to bank
account
 Filing of suppliers invoices and emails relating to payments into server
 Process invoices for payment approval
 Initiate bank payments for approval
 Perform other duties as assigned

EXPECTATIONS
 With proven Accounts Payable and / or Accounts Receivable function
experience will be an added advantage
 Experience with ERP system will be an added advantage
 Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
 Exceptional focus on detail and accuracy
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Capable of working independently with minimum supervision and as a team
under pressure
 Has exemplary sense of responsibility, organizational and time management
skills
 Able to multi-task and adapt to dynamic changes in the business environment
 Has effective communication skills
 Proficient in both written and spoken English
 Immediate availability is highly preferred
 With 1-3 years work experience will be an added advantage
