Electrical Technician

1.1 Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.

1.2 Provide emergency/ unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

1.3 Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.

1.4 Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

1.5 Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

1.6 Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

1.7 Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

1.8 Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

1.9 Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

1.10 Responsible in execute testing as per specifications and requirements stated from company.

1.11 Prepare and setting up test equipment according to test parameters.

1.12 Follow and ensure strict safety procedures and safety checks on performing test.

1.13 Reporting works status to supervisor.

1.14 Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
