Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to the Director to provide remote support for our Hong Kong operations. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, independent, and self-disciplined, with exceptional executive ability to complete all assigned tasks efficiently. Fluency in Cantonese, along with strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and personal support to the Director, including schedule management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Assist in marketing efforts, such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate event-related tasks, including creative setups and balloon decoration, if applicable.
- Handle correspondence and draft documents in both Chinese (Traditional) and English.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of the Director to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage urgent matters, including overtime tasks, when necessary.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director.
- Execute action plan to explore new markets.
- Create presentation kids for new corporations with different business units.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with excellent proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Traditional) and English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Flexible with work schedules
- Proficient in using online communication and project management tools.
