Project Executive

Malaysians with experience in office fit out works is a must, minimum 3 years at least.

The Project Executive assists in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, manage teams and deliver high-quality results.

Knowledge of construction site practices, to monitor workers, sub-cons, goods delivery and to ensure works' done as per specification.

To ensure safety measures are implemented at sites.

Assist Site managers in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Ability to read drawings is a great advantage.
