Job Description
Handle negotiation, contract management, and follow-up for international or local purchase orders.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery status with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
Monitor shipments and coordinate customer clearance to ensure timely delivery of goods
Monitor global market trends, including price fluctuations, supply changes, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare and review purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and related paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with warehouse and logistics team to ensure optimal inventory levels, avoiding overstock or shortages.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably with exposure to international sourcing in the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of international procurement processes including imports, customs clearance and logistics.
Good communication skills and the ability to converse in MANDARIN would be an added advantage.
