ASA Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

-Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO), mobile ad networks, and digital performance marketing.
-Responsible for developing the company’s ASA business with local advertisers in Southeast Asia, completing business negotiations, signing contracts, and ensuring payment collection, while maintaining good customer relationships to achieve stable and long-term partnerships.
-Focuses on helping clients improve their app's visibility, downloads, and overall performance across digital marketplaces and ad platforms
-Based on the client's perspective, understand their needs and, in conjunction with product features, provide personalized and professional business cooperation plans and revenue enhancement strategies.
-Independently acquire sales leads and achieve the performance targets set by the company.
-Collect various market information and provide timely feedback to superiors and relevant departments, while coordinating to resolve issues encountered during project operation feedback.
-Explore and identify new cooperation resources according to the company’s business development needs and seek new business directions.

Requirements:

-Experience in sales for overseas mainstream media platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok is a must; possessing client resources is a plus.
-Familiar with the overseas market environment and knowledgeable about social media, tools, e-commerce, automotive, video, and other industries in the app market.
-Over 2 years of experience in expanding the internet/mobile internet advertising market; experience in mobile ad networks or possessing industry resources is preferred.
-Strong communication skills, clear logical thinking, goal-oriented, and a strong sense of customer management.
-Able to work under pressure, possessing sharp market insight and good team collaboration spirit.
